FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS TO MOST MAINLAND UK (only) POSTCODES. (see below for details)
ORDER AND PAY BEFORE 1p.m. ON A WORKING DAY AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED & DESPATCHED THE SAME DAY.
Orders placed after 1p.m. on a working day, along with orders placed on a weekend or public holiday, will be processed the next working day.

Depending on your order value total, there may be a surcharge to pay, for delivery to all other areas. Please see below, which areas and postcodes are classed as 'all other areas'.

Delivery service details -
Orders are delivered using various services, including Royal Mail, Citylink, Yodel, Fedex, Parcelforce, Business Post and Nightfreight.
The free delivery, as a general rule (not set in stone), an item under the value of £15 would be sent via standard 2nd class Royal Mail post, and items over the value of £15 are sent via a 1-2 working day courier service.
If you require to know which item is despatched via which delivery service, please enquire and we will advise.
We can upgrade the delivery service on SOME items which are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post. If you require this, please enquire regarding this BEFORE placing your order.
Late Delivery Of Your Order -
Please allow 3 working days from the date of despatch, for a courier delivery. If you have not received your courier delivery within this timeframe, please contact us for tracking details.
Items sent with ROYAL MAIL are not considered 'lost' by ROYAL MAIL, until after 15 working days from date AFTER the day of despatch.
If your item was sent by us with ROYAL MAIL, and it has failed to be delivered to your delivery address on your order, within the 15 working day limit, then we will take the appropriate action to satisfy both you (the customer) and ourselves.

Make payable to - UKPS Online LTD, and post to our registered business address shown on our 'Contact Us' page.
Please send cheque/postal order/bank transfer payment within 5 working days from date of order.
Bank Transfer Payments -
Please place order on website, at payment stage choose 'Direct / Instant Bank Transfer' option, then Email us with your order number to arrange this method of payment.
Any orders not payed for within 5 days from date of order, will be cancelled, and notified by email.
