RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number along with reason for return, and we will respond with a returns authorisation including the return number and the return delivery address.
**PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM UNTIL THE ABOVE PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED**
We take great care to ensure our products reach our customers in good condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, or what you believe to be an incorrect product other than that ordered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with clear and concise information on the issue and if possible, photos/images, and we will resolve quickly, on a case by case basis.
Please note that any non-stocked item such as Custom printed tape can not be returned once your order has been confirmed. If you have a problem with a non-stock item please email us at email@example.com .
In rare cases, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement, for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, PLEASE ENSURE ANY FOOD / DRINK PACKAGING ITEMS YOU INTEND TO RETURN, REMAINS UNOPENED AND UNUSED, AND ANY SEAL / PRODUCT PACKAGING REMAINS UNBROKEN, OTHERWISE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THESE PRODUCTS.
